5. Newsletter Service – MailerLite Newsletter delivery is handled by MailerLite.

Provider: MailerLite Limited, 88 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, D02 DK18, Ireland

A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with MailerLite. MailerLite processes data solely for newsletter delivery and, where activated, statistical analysis (e.g. open and click rates).

MailerLite may use sub-processors outside the EU (e.g. USA). Data transfers are based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Payment Processing – Stripe Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.

Stripe processes payment data solely to complete the transaction. The Provider does not store payment data. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Stripe.

7. Subscription – Shipping Address To fulfill the monthly mailing subscription, the following data is collected and processed:

Complete shipping address
Email address

Purpose: Delivery of the monthly physical mailing.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract)

The shipping address is used solely to deliver the mailing and is not shared with third parties other than the postal service used for delivery. Data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and deleted thereafter, unless legal retention obligations apply.

8. Social Media Links This website contains links to social media platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram). Visiting this website does not transmit any personal data to these providers. Their privacy policies apply only upon clicking the respective links.
